Wow, Stamping is Fun!
Do you like stamping?
For me, truly like. When I have started stamping, I just couldn’t stop it. It is a real fun, especially you would have much interest to try your stamps with different ink colour and different surfaces.
I have bought these carved wooden plates in shop but found them really boring at first sight. Perhaps, they are too pale in colour. Later, I found a funny way to make them become more adorable and charming. Yes, stamp them!
But, you must be very careful as not every normal ink is suitable for stamping on wood. I have asked the ink shop and they told me that Versa Colour has a range of ink pads which are good for wood and fabric. Hmm, or, it is because they are much watery than other ink, I think, so that the images on wood would be more solid.
Hey, you see, the end result is wonderful that I couldn’t imagine. Will certainly try some more when I am free.
Stay tuned.

Raindrops
The typhoon has just gone, Hong Kong is now having sunny days almost all the time. In Hong Kong, we might enjoy a day-off due to the bad weather like typhoon. Personally, I don’t like typhoon because it must be raining heavily outside and we could only hide at home. At the same time, typhoon may bring lots of damages to us. However, sometimes it could be good as we might have an extra holiday from work.
Thanks to this typhoon, I carved stamps at home. This set of rubber stamps was made in the rainy day, however they have given me a second thought on a sunny day like today.
Share with you all~~
I have also written a little poem, see if it is good to read!
***
When it is raining cats and dogs outside,
people usually ask for a sunshine;
when there is as sunny as no clouds in the sky,
people contrarily miss raindrops and sigh.
Do not ask me why,
I can never tell you the reason behind.
Just think of something with a great mind--
try to learn to be satisfied,
always smile,
not to cry,
because you have already got those precious things in your life
which cannot buy—
they shall be the glorious raindrops and sunshine created by Thy.
***
P.S.
Ha, you have just read a poem written by me, actually I want to share the great philosophy I recently discovered, hope you would understand what I am trying to say! Ha, ha!

My Favourite Hobbies
My first favourite hobby relating to handcrafts is cross stitching. Cross stitching is a real fun to me, but honestly it takes you much time, especially when you are trying to achieve a large piece. I still love it because no matter how much time you have spent to stitch a piece, you would probably forget about the time when you are holding your finished piece. It is a sense of satisfaction indeed.
Later, when I viewed other people's masterpieces, I found that many xs lovers like to use stamps to decorate their stitched pieces. Then I began to move on trying stamping and craving rubber stamps myself. Along the way, I become more addicted to it and want to try more carving and stamping in different ways.
You see, the cotton tape was blank at the very beginning. But you could turn it to be pretty ribbon by just using a few clear stamps. It's a kind of magic. LOL!
Wish you enjoy my handcraft stuff.

Hope you would love visiting here.
Of course, thank you very much for stopping by.
Please leave me some words if you think that my blog is good to read.
