Avatar is a truly wonderful movie in the recent years.
Firstly, I like the 3D technique which the movie shows to all audience. It is a great world and it appears terribly real which makes you think that there are a real Pandora world.
Secondly, I like the Director. I do think that James is a real talent in making movies. From Alien, Titanic to now Avatar, he turns his imagination into the reality. I really appreciate his effort and devotion to the film industry. Who can wait for a dozen years to actualize his thoughts (without so much attention on making money), simply because of more advanced technology?
Thirdly, I like the actors. They are stars! Although not all of them are very reputed and famous, I think they did their best. From the Avatar's web site, I know that they could only act in a computer room based on their own experience and memory of a real forest. If I don't know this point, I just believe that the background setting is real. I just couldn't imagine how can they do that? Their actions matched the scenes to such a large extent! Just like they all have tried to live in Pandora.
All in all, I love this movie. Tell you a secret-- I saw it twice. One was in a normal threatre with 3D show while one was in the IMAX inside the Airport where gives audience an even 4D experience!
If you are in Hong Kong and still have not seen this movie, you may consider going to the Airport, for the best view of that.
